Meet the Founder
Leif is a global risk and security professional. He previously led Protective Intelligence and Global Travel Risk for a Fortune 30 financial services firm, where he managed executive threats and supported the operational security of more than 10,000 business travelers each month.
He holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Chicago and studied Arabic in Jordan and Italian in Italy. Those experiences, combined with years of enterprise security work, shaped the idea behind Outroad: give every traveler clear, practical insight into the places they are going.
